Individual house at Rublevo-Uspenskoe shosse has total square of 490 m2. As requested by the client, the existing building was reconstructed by adding extensions i.e. a garage and an extra space for service personnel. Style of the hose remained as it was though the interior has changed significantly.
Mechanical plant for heating automation
Exhibition hall of the Mechanical plant for heating automation 286 m2 of the total square is situated at the first floor of the existing office block of the plant. During the reconstruction works standard window openings were enlarged, additional entrance from the main street erected, design of facade changed.
Shop of the company “F-centre” – “Computer wonder world” is situated in Belyaevo and has 580 m2 of square. Total square of the sales area is 340 m2 and the other 240 m2 are dedicated to the storage and technical areas.
Flat in elite housing block in the Skatertnyi lain has total square of 130 m2. As the flat was supposed to be used for commercial purposes, if was designed to fulfill all the requirement of an elite flat for rent. Big dining room merged with the kitchen has panorama glazing, which faces a nice area of Moscow lanes and the church “by the Nikitskie gates”.
